The Bantam Hurricanes finished hard against the Hamilton Phantoms on Monday night.
The boys had their hands full with a Phantoms team that was ready to play hockey. The teams traded goals in the first period and solid goaltending by Owen kept to score even.
The second period was filled with penalties and the Phantoms played a very physical period and the boys had a hard time keeping their cool.
The period ending with the boys down 4 to 2.
The third period was all Hurricanes, with the Team scoring 6 goals in the period to win the game by a score of 8 to 5.
The boys regained their focus and returned to the basics of the game plan.
A very strong effort by the entire team against a very good hockey team.
