Hurricanes Represent in Stratford
Submitted By Hurri-Cane on Monday, April 15, 2013
The Hurricanes had a great weekend in Stratford with three of the four Canes teams in Provincial Championship games.

The Minor Atom Canes lost a heartbreaker to Kitchener with 1 minute left in double overtime. The Kids played with heart and determination and one lucky bounce in the 5th period was the difference.

The Atom Canes powered through the weekend going 4 and 0  and scoring 22 goals while only allowing 3 goals in the 4 games. The Atom Canes downed West London National Hawks 5-0 in the Championship game to win the crown of Alliance MD T2 Atom Champions.

The Midget Canes dropped a tough 3-1 loss to the Kitchener #1 Midget team in the T1 Championship game.

Congratulations to the Canes on a strong finish to a great season.

We look forward to next year when St Catharines will host the Alliance MD Provincial Championships.
